Non B visa (previously working in Thailand)

Featured Replies

Hi all,

This month July 20 I leave from Thailand, I resigned my job in old company at Thailand, now I'm stay in home country India.

Now I got a new job in Thailand., New employer send all non B visa Documents by courier today., I will get within 2 days.,

My old company visa close on July 31st.,, (July 20 already I'm leave from Thailand).

Now I can apply Non- B immigration employment Visa before July 30??? It's possible

(Or ) after July 30 only can apply non B visa ??? Please help me anybody

I think you had a extension of stay you applied for at immigration not a visa. Yout original visa used for entry would of been used already unless it was a multiple entry non-b visa.

If you had an extension it ended on the date you left the country.
