Pak Chong to Suvarnabhumi

Would appreciate advice on ways to do this reliably and more cheaply than hiring a taxi all the way - need to be at airport by 6 am -   (Luggage is just a normal size suitcase and carry-on bag).

Another obvious cheap choice are buses (coaches) of course.

Most will go to Mochit (Morchit) eastern bus terminal.

I can't supply the schedules but this route (highway #2 down to Bangkok) is one of the most busy routes of all.

Hardly more than 30 minutes wait for another bus (during late night, more like 15 minutes during peak times).

Allow three hours for the bus trip.

Best go to the bus station(s) in Pak Chong and ask.

And again best take a taxi from Morchit.

Maybe another member has hints on preferred bus companies.

I think I prefer Laksi train to Mochit bus, with taxi on to airport - especially as duration all-in seems similar.  If for any reason the train doesn't work out it's good to know that the buses are frequent - presumably around the clock.

Thanks again.
