I think "hit and run, resulting in death"will be a crime in any country, so no excuse at all,it's pretty obvious people in authority are protecting  the "boss". regards worgeordie

  • <deleted>. How can it not be a crime? What country would that be?

I doubt any country wouldn't have killing a motor cyclist with a high speed car whilst allegedly drunk, on drugs and speeding; then dragging the body, then pissing off as a crime.

You get the idea they are just groping for any excuse. Disgusting.

The little General should step in and get this sorted to show he is serious about his fight against corruption...…...

Oh, forgot that his finances are not allowed to be investigated; his fat friend lies about wealth and watches and much needed submarines are being bought...……….hmm, no chance then.

Depends if Thailand have made it public  or not

Can I look up a Red Notice?

While most Red Notices are restricted to law enforcement use only, some member countries choose to make an extract publicly available. This includes information such as the individual’s name and the criminal charges for which they are wanted. The full Red Notice contains additional information for law enforcement purposes only.

They clearly think we are as stupid as them to believe a word of it. He has paid them off and it is blatantly obvious they are never going to get him back. Case closed.

It's just the usual mentality of thinking they can say any old nonsense and everyone believe it because of their self important position.

Why do these people insult our intelligence with these blatant lies. It is an insult to the deceased person and there families. This so called boss is an complete coward who will sit it out overseas and when the statutes have run out return back to Thailand and his life of fast cars drugs and drink like he left only yesterday,

Shame on every one who is involved with this case for being completely devoid of any shame.

I think it highly unlikely that running a police officer over with a car is NOT a crime in every country.

La La Land

Boss. Interesting name for a kid who looks a complete tosser.

If there would be a Olympic sport of finding excuses ? Thailand would have gold !!!

Cambodia for instance

Just go out and find his address yourselves you useless corrupt incompetent meat sacks. Obviously the size of your recently inflated bank accounts is enough for you to put aside the criminality, and the shame you bring upon yourselves and everyone else associated with the case. The world cringes.

And one of the excuses is that fugitives could say their crime is not a crime in the foreign country where they are living.

OK, let me get this straight.  Homicide is not a crime in many foreign countries (the "Red Bull Boss"), while negligence in making a policy decision about a subsidy program for poor farmers (Yingluk) is typically a crime in foreign countries.  I understand now ?

It's actually the other way around: Hit and Run is a crime in every country, except Thailand.

The case never had wings and has now run out of energy?

Feels like it’s time for a BJ moment! We need some real action and commitment!! He’ll get to the bottom of this mess!

You get quite a handful of snags and excuses after donating 40 million to various phuyai's.

No, that's not true, and even if it were, it doesn't take away from this case by making it any less deplorable.

The Thai authorites could give the address of the next F 1 Gran Prix. The boss certainly will be there as he was seen at the British Gran Prix

OK Red Bull Boss, Keep those large brown envelops coming in.

I was almost going to say in an exasperated fashion...:"have they no shame", clearly they don't. But thinking more of it I'm coming to realize that that would be irrelevant to them. The situation here regarding protection and other privileges of the elite is just normal. It is likely they are puzzled by the continuing and illogical interest others display in the matter. Shame Thailand, shame!

You may call it another masterpiece of Thai "joke-isdiction"

To bring this little $h!t back to Thailand would set a very unfavourable precedent for all big $h!t hiso's who may need to flee in the future. Kiss Boss goodbye!

WOW in the UK any killing of a policeman goes to the top of the list of priorities in chasing down the killer. In virtually every country of the world including England his offence is Extraditable. Maybe brown wallets are involved.

Well, an English TV crew found him and wanted to interview him in front of his house while a crime like murder is a crime everywhere - except possibly for a few selected people, it seems.

The whole thing is a big farce and makes Thailand the laughing stock of the planet!

The bungling and incompetence in this case are either astounding or very expensive (or both)

I wanna go to that country, where it is not a crime to run over a person, at hi- speed, while being on drugs and alcohol, so it comes out of my eyeballs!

That must be a fun place!

Sorry but that is rubbish.  In the UK the police and the Press would be all over a case like this like a rash and the  known criminal would undoubtedly end up in Court, where proceedings would be transparent.

If found guilty, there might be complaints from either the Prosecutor or the Defence about the length of the sentence handed out, but both parties would have the right to appeal.  Meanwhile, the offender would remain in custody and not be out enjoying himself.

What a bunch of pathetic nonsense.

Apart from the assumed payoffs, the extradition try is a total waste of time as no democratic country will extradite anyone to a country governed illegally by the military and with a dubious justice system. If red bull are paying anyone they are wasting their money.
