Would have made it from plastic, lots of plastic around to do so. Then it can stand rains.

The arm motor i would have chosen just one pulling side and a spring.

They'll twig sooner or later and strap an "Honesty Box" to it.

All motor bike riders without a helmet will stop and put their 500 baht in the slot.

 

They'll also put a solar powered face recognition system on it, so that if it detects a farang, it'll snap your fingers off if you deposit less than 3000 ?

 

 

Good...this is really one good cop in Thailand who won't pull over a foreigner to racket tea money...for $ure !! ?

Would be a "bit stiff" if you were pulled over by one.

 

And the fines would certainly be "inflexible ".

 

But then again, probably the only one putting in a full days work... and for free.

And he costs u know more. Doesn't need tea money. Perfect policeman.

I think it's a good idea , it can actually lead to fewer road deaths if they think it's a real police check point , so the locals will slow down .
