I'm not of any help to you (never heard of "Conxxe" transfers). Just writing to say that I have always used Etihad airways from Ireland to BKK. Then just got on the bus to Pattaya/Jomtien 120 Bt. .... at time of writing

Just did a try and price starts at about 44 GBP for up to three persons.

How many of you travelling? Big baggage?

A small limousine might not be good enough.

Private minivan 54 GPB (2300 Baht).

44 GBP is about 1900 Baht.

A regular taxi would come a bit cheaper.

If there is something plentiful in Thailand then it is transport from Suvarnabhumi to Pattaya.

From 120 Baht bus to fancy AOT limousine service (2500+).

I assume that this "Conxee" is just an online agent for such limousine/van service that exist anyway and at the airport you can hardly escape the touts

If you are booking this through Etihad Holidays it might possibly show your'e connection from BKK to Pattaya on the ticket or on an attached voucher.

Which basically means you are taking a bus or a car from BKK to your hotel as everyone says.

Mr T charges 1100B for that trip, so that would be my choice if I was travelling with someone, or had a lot of luggage, or was arriving outside of the regular Jomtien bus times.

We stay at the Royal Cliff in Pattaya...we like our comfort etc so wouldent use the bus we usually use the Royal Cliff’s limo service which costs us 3,500 bhts each way..we have already booked our flights with Etihad and just happened to look on their airport transfers which say they have partnered with Connxxe and the price with them is about half price so worth considering so was just wondering if anyone on here had used them...we have over the years tried the cheaper transfers but have had some bad experiences.

Connxxe are a UK based taxi/van booking agent. They will simply make a booking for you with one of the local taxi/minibus companies.

I used them once in Singapore and local taxi company turned up holding a 'Connxxe' clipboard. Cheaper to go direct yourself.

I suspect that the Royal Cliff limo is a nice vehicle but also significantly more expensive than the same vehicle could cost from somewhere else.

These people charge around 2000B: https://www.limousine.in.th/

But on the other hand these want around 6000B in a BMW: https://www.aot-limousine.com/

So the real question is: what sort of vehicle/service will Etihad/Connxe provide?

And I wonder what sort of vehicle/service Mr T would provide if offered 2000B instead of the usual 1100B?

For 2,000THB this is what you get with Mr T

That's all I can find about the type of vehicle.

Up to 3 passengers, up to 3 suitcases.

From the picture it could be a Nissan Teana (?), 6 cylinder and hopefully no LPG vehicle.

Otherwise the 3 / 3 loading would hardly be doable.

For a multiple of the basic price they offer E class and S class (184 GPB).

Don't ask why an S-class is specified with less loading capability then the basic vehicle

KhunBENQ...what i cant understand is why they say 180 mins transfer...usually only takes us 1 1/2 to 1 3/4 hours

Probably just erring on the side of caution.

For that price they will surely use a vehicle with more than one forward gear.

For 6000B i hope it comes with a full compliment of staff!!!!! 180 mins might seem short.
