libya 115 Posted February 6, 2007 Share Posted February 6, 2007 SOURCE: Pattaya City News: February 6th 2007 4 Russian men arrested after Massage Parlor incident near Pattaya Park. Police Lieutenant Colonel Tidipong from Pattaya Police Station was called to the Relax Massage Shop in Soi Pattaya Park after a masseur complained of a gang of Russian Men who were preparing to make trouble at the Shop because of a previous incident involving alleged indecent behavior by the Russian men. The case begins when Mr. Vladimir Kokin aged 40 went to this traditional Massage Shop on Tuesday Evening. The masseur claims that during the massage the man placed his hands over intimate parts of her body. She immediately stopped the massage and ordered the man to leave the shop. Later he came back with three other men and began with a verbal onslaught which the Masseur claims then became physical. At this point, the Police were called and soon arrived. The men who appeared to find the incident funny were taken to Pattaya Police Station and were charged with assault after the group confessed to hitting an employee inside the shop.
