City to keep closer eye on sex in Bangkok parks

BANGKOK — City Hall on Tuesday detailed plans to discourage people from using Bangkok’s public parks for sex by increasing the frequency of patrols, putting up warning signs in Thai and English and adding more surveillance cameras.

 

The new measures were announced by city official Wallaya Wattanarat after reports of group sex at Lumpini Park were met by disbelief then consternation by City Hall. The Bangkok Metropolitan Administration operates 36 public parks in the capital.

They should rather post full time police presence at the Airport "Arrivals" m, or in major waypoints in townm, to  keep an eye on any taxi cheat refusing the meter or refusing a ride....

They have an army of ready made monitors in Lumpini anyway .. Get them in on the case ..

Does this mean that they are going to hide in the bushes and watch......

They have a great record, and looong tradition to keep an eye on things which officially do not exist.

It is good for the city officials to do that, and I will continue to keep a close eye on the sex acts in the bars and night clubs in LOS.

I just wonder who is bothered by watching people having sex at night in a park??? 

Those voyeurs? Is it too dark for them? Can't they see properly?? 

Amazing Thailand, where you can have sex just around the corner in any bar or massage shop or in Patpong in any sex show.
