Can anybody help?

My Indonesian friend's daughter would like to study in Thailand up to A Level (UK) standard. Her parents are unsure as to the procedure and requirements of Thai immigration department. The daughter will be 17 yo in December.

I have tried looking at the Thai Embassy websites but seem to be going around in circles.

Any relevant advice will be greatly accepted.

To get a non-ed visa at a embassy or consulate and extension of stay at immigration she would have to be enrolled in a school registered at the Ministry of Education.

Requirements for a single entry non-ed visa are here on the Jakarta embasy website. http://www.thaiembassy.org/jakarta/en/services/64472-Non-immigrant-visa-ED.html

After she arrives here on the 90 day entry from the non-ed visa the school would then need to supply the supporting documents for a one year extension at immigration.
