A person secretly filmed their neighbor from across the street as he tried to get his dog to have a bath.

When he was bitten and hurled the animal away in shock and anger she took the clip and posted it on Facebook.

It was then spotted by the animal welfare group Watchdog Thailand.

Wannathat Saengdara representing Watchdog Thailand went to Klong Luang police in Pathum Thani north of Bangkok to call for the man to be prosecuted.

The incident occurred at a house in Klong 3 on Monday.

Soon Thanawat Thaotho, 64, arrived with his one year old bitch "Pharuang".

He said he was trying to give her a bath when she bit him. In shock and anger he threw her down.

His daughter then took her into the house.

He said he was happy if Watchdog Thailand wanted to take the dog into care.

Police are yet to decide if Thanawat should face animal cruelty charges.

Daily News called the neighbor who posted the secretly filmed clip on Facebook a "good Samaritan". The clip became known as the "man throwing dog" case after being viewed on Facebook.

The neighbour should be charged with illiegal spying, and sent to a black site for waterboarding.

Watchdog should be prosecuted for existing, and be forced to operate as 7-11 employees for the rest of their life.

The dog should be charged with biting it´s owner, and sent to a attitude adjustment camp.

The owner should be given a monkey, bearing in mind the ownership of a dog might not be his big thing in life.

That video was taken by a peeping Tom.

I do understand that it is fully legal to video in public places but surely this has to fall outside of what is acceptable.

Whether the dog owner gets prosecuted or not, the peeping tom should be arrested and placed on a register.

i bet those neighbours get along well now ?

tomorrows headline, 'peeping dog throw filmer shot in head by pissed off neighbour'

There was mention of a "monitor lizard" in that video clip.

animal cruelty OMG Thailand is double moral

animal cruelty is when Thai people dumb their dogs on the street and let them running around bagging after people

Cruelty is when Thai people dumb their ancestors on every soi

The sob should go to jail.

Oh, what to do when the bitch won’t take her bath??

If the dog had bitten me, I doubt I would have been happy.
