I can't seem to pass the test to book a flight, i have tried chrome and firefox?!

Do you book from outside Thailand?

I just simulated with a VPN and saw the slider.

I dragged it by the mouse "slowly".

Worked.

But I remember having had the same problem in the past.

Hard to find what the problem is.

was actually cheaper on Bangkok Airways.

Out of curiosity: would you provide some detail (route, date)?

Yes I am having the same issue. I did not to slide it with my finger, only with the mouse. I will try on my next booking. Also, it happen when i book from outside Thailand. I will also try using VPN. To solve the issue, so far, i booked using my smartphone.
I have been using the same route for years now with Air Asia. Not because they are cheaper but because of their flights time which are more convenient for me. But the last few months, i have been using Bangkok Airways and Thai Airways and the prices were similar. I found that Air Asia has not increased their prices but the other airlines have considerably decreased their prices.
I just booked a Phuket - Yangon flight with Bangkok Airways on 2nd Sept. I paid all included 4,710 THB. Air Asia same day and same route was 4,160 THB all inclusive.

I ended up booking with Lion Air, much cheaper, and paid at 7-11.

Krabi - Bangkok = 1034 baht, includes baggage which is nice.
