craigOB
Can someone who has been to the KL embassy recently confirm what the situation is? I can't find any links through their official website for making an appointment so I'm assuming they haven't started it yet.
ubonjoe
No appointment is required to a apply for a visa in Kuala Lumpur. Very few embassies and consulates require appointments.

I have seen no such announcement for the embassy in KL. There is none on their website. http://www.thaiembassy.org/kualalumpur/th/home Singapore has a online visa application system. But it does not include a appointment. See: http://www.thaiembassy.sg/visa-matters-consular
