Road closure highway 304

Featured Replies

Google maps is showing that Highway 304 is closed near Chachoengsao. Can anyone confirm or give any information? Thanks.

If your referring to the section in the picture, it's closure of the junction due to road works. You cannot cross the road. Screenshot_20180822-155302_Maps.jpeg

Yes thanks, that's the place shown on Google maps. Is the road passable? I will be travelling from Korat to Pattaya.

Thanks again.

Google says so.

Bypass on a side/frontage rd.

Allow me to say that I once used this route on the way to Pattaya.

Once and never again (a string of road works, terrible jams etc.).

Still better go down shaky/bumpy 331.

Yes it's ok, I've used a few times, maybe 1 or 2 minute delay.

I've used both routes 304 and 314 to Pattaya many times and there is not much difference in time. The 314 tends to to have less traffic, the 304 has better services (Starbucks, Burger King).

Many thanks Guys

When I zoom in and hover the cursor over the no-entry sign I see that the main traffic lanes in the direction West are temporarily closed and a substitute lane, apparently the emergency lane or hard shoulder, is open to traffic, with no right turn possible at the intersection.

...Google Maps also marks traffic incidents with an exclamation point, major accidents in red, road construction with an orange worker-and-shovel symbol and a road closure with a red do not enter sign. Hover the mouse cursor over a traffic symbol to get more information.
