How many times can I get ED visa? I got ED visa twice but I still want to learn in Phuket.

 

 

There is no limit on the number of non-ed visas you can get at a embassy or consulate.

You would reach a limit on how long you can obtain extensions of stay a immigration due to limitations set by the Ministry of Education on how long you can study the same thing at a informal school.

For basic Thai language studies there is limit on the length of time you can study which as far a I know is about one and half years. If you find a school offering advanced studies you can study for for about another year and a half.

Can I get ED visa again if I study French or Korean or Japanese or Russian?  if I study 4 language, can get 4 times ED visa?

You can change to a different course of study and reach the max of time for each one and start another one.

But in reality if a informal school it would be more than one non-ed visa for each one since you have to get a new non-ed visa for every year of total stay allowed that includes the 90 day entry from the visa.

You don’t need an ED visa to study. You can attend classes with any visa category/permit to stay.
