I know I will have to write in a special booklet the from/to details but would like to know if it's the actual district names or just provinces I have to fill in? I'm not convinced that you will get away with no destination details ... I think best to just give just a little more detail than province ... you can always 'modify/update your details during the day. Don't give BIB any excuse to fine you ...
