I have been reading with interest the topics on condo and land purchases. It seems you can get your Thai wife to purchase land and then she can lease it to you if you are foreign . Is the same true for a condominium. If we have been living in Thailand previously and our money is already in Thailand not from abroad can my Thai wife purchase a condominium and then lease it to her husband for 30 years as is the process with land. Yes you can lease it but go get a lawyer to attend to the transaction for you.
