Attached is a letter which made her unsure at first if the application was fully successful or not, it reads: "You will note that grant of a visa gives leave to enter the United Kingdom. Such leave will no longer be granted on arrival in the UK, but a immigration officer will still check your passport." considering most applicants English will not be A1,Ithink this is a confusing message.
