Re entry form(TM8)

Is this form the one sided or double sided? can I use either(Phuket)

The new TM8 form is two sided and needs to be printed that way. New form: Fillable TM8 re-entry permit form.pdf

The old form should not be accepted.

Why do they not make ALL forms two-sided, would make sense. Just as an aside, my 19 yr old step daughter needed to print a document for 'the teacher' last night. Loaded it up.....17 pages. Pressed OK to print. Some pages had two title lines, others ONE paragraph, all single sided. When I asked her why, she said the teacher wanted it like that. I edited it down to 3 double sided pages, all still readable and neat. Then I asked why the teacher would not accept it on a USB stick ! TIT. Move this to appropriate forum please Joe.
