Foreign language docs affirmation

Hi all!

 

I wonder if it possible to do some papers affirmation that are in Russian language? Been browsing the web but didn't find anything relevant to me yet.

Nothing too crazy here basically have to give my consent (will) to my mother so she could represent me back home. Will this have to be done at the consulate or any of the translation/law agent could do too? 

I know i could probably translate the stuff but want to know if it could be done in native language right away.
