Hi

Hope this is the right place, my girl friends daughter works for a large supermarket chain(wont name them as I dont know the legality of that here), she has worked for them now for just on a year and has been on as part time for all this time, now they want  her to have 5 days off and start again as a fresh employee. So right from the start this seems to point to them knowing that they cant do this but what can be done, besides the obvious of quitting but its a small town and not easy to get work. By the way she gets paid 305 baht per day for a 6 day week.

So anyone had similar things happen or anyone know where you could take it if you wanted to take further action.
