Proof Of Residency RE. Non B Visa Application

Featured Replies

Hello i'm making a 'non b' visa application this week. Can anyone please clarify what information i need to submit for proof of residency? Thanks in advance.

I don't recall there being a requirement for proof of residency to apply for a non-b visa at a embassy or consulate.

That is what I was writing about. You can only apply for a non immigrant category B visa at a embassy or consulate.

I think you may be asking about a extension of stay based upon working that is applied for at immigration. For that you may need proof of residence. Proof of residence can be a rental agreement with signed copies of the owners house book and ID card attached.

Thank you Joe.
