Trump is now reportedly issuing an order to the FBI telling them who they may/may not interview.

 

 

Putting aside the legality of such an order, it’s akin to the cops turning up with a warrant to search your house and you telling them they can look wherever they wish but they must not go into the loft.

Kavanaugh is not on trial in a court of law, he’s being interviewed for a job.

he has no right to be presumed innocent and The Senate have a constitutional duty to examine his fitness for the post he’s being recommended too.

 

Only one half of The Senate took their Constitutional duties seriously, the othe half turned a blind eye to the clear fact this man is no fit to be in the SCOTUS.

 

 

Some on here would have been well to do in the 1800’s where you would be pulled away and shot or burned at the stake for an accusation you couldn’t prove was false. He will be confirmed and hopefully the Dems will lose more seats in the fall

And if he is, then Trump will have destroyed another branch of gov't and ruined the integrity of the Supreme Court.

They probably have the goods, the dirt, the skinny. Maybe not all complete yet, maybe just waiting until the time is right. That could be coming soon.

You are aware of the prosecutions, confessions and jailings that have come out of Mueller’s investigation.

 

You, like the rest of, have no idea what else Mueller has discovered but has not yet prosecuted, importantly you have no idea what is in and who is named in the multiple sealed indictments Mueller has obtained via Grand Jury.
