Effective 10 Feb until 10 May vehicle traffic can not cut through between Sukhumvit Road and Rama IV via Soi 4 and the Thai Tobacco Monopoly. The entrance at the end of Soi 4 is closed due to contruction activities (flood control retention project, aka "monkey cheeks").
