Good morning to everyone

My name is Diego, French nationality. I just got a new job in Pattaya from a new french restaurant. The owner will employ me but i have to make my work permit by myself. Can anyone help me out with the required working papers for apply for it? I am here on an Non O Immgrant visa as i am married to thai female.

You will need supporting documents from your employer to apply for the work permit and they must meet certain requirements to do the application. One thing it must be a registered company with a 1 million baht (2 million if not married to a Thai) of registered capital.

To find out what is needed it would be best to contact the local Department of Employment office to find out what they require.

Best to do it in person and have your wife with you to help.
