After waiting how long with their automated if you want this press #1, for this #2 etc. Not a lot of help if you want to speak to a real person.

Normally I get the pressing done within a minute or so. And then maybe a little waiting. At that time I put the phone on speaker and do something else. It's not really that difficult - and a lot faster than waiting for a correct answer on an internet forum.

That is what I do, though I put the display timer on my phone to 30 minutes just in case.
