New to all this...Non-Imm 0 Multiple Entry question(s)...

I am coming up on my first 90 da marker and do I...

A. Do I need a reentry permit before I leave?

B. If I fly to Singapore and ten back the next day, will this be a problem at the airport immigration?

C. Can I take vacations in-between these 90 day markers without hassle coming back each time?

Appreciate this as I am a first timer on non-immigrant 0 Multi-entry visa...

A. No need for a re-entry permit since your visa allows unlimited entries for a year from the date of issue.

B. No problem to fly out and back for a new 90 day entry. You could leave and re-enter on the same day if you wanted to. It can also be done at most border crossings.

C. You can stay out of the country as long as you want to and get a new 90 day entry up to the date you visa expires. You do not have to stay in the country for the entire 90 days if you want to travel.

If married to a Thai or have a Thai child you can apply for a 60 day extension of the 90 day entry to visit them.
