I wonder, if anybody on this forum tried out Sri Lanka as a destination for vacation from Bangkok, and / or tried a visa-run in Colombo.

Has anybody tried that already?

Is there anybody who tried to apply for Thailand Visa there in Colombo?

Any information about accomodation, prices and so on in Sri Lanka?
