Visa Extension

Featured Replies

Hello, I am a 24 year old, Hawaii (United States) citizen traveling in Thailand. My tourist visa is expiring soon but I still have the possible one month extension. Can anyone tell me where I can file for this extension? I am right now, and for the near future, located in Chanthaburi. Is there a place here I can do this or do I have to ride to Bangkok? Also, when does the visa expire, 60 days after I left (23rd) or after I arrived (25th)?

Thank you all very much for any help.

Read your arrival stamp in your passport for the exact date. ANY Immigration office can give you that one time extension of 30 days for 1900 baht.
