Hoping to get some answers about my thai police check.

I am based outside of Thailand and has applied for my thai police check via Aplusservice

My clearance reads: This is certify.....instead of This is to certify....

 

Can anyone who has gotten a thai police check confirm if yours has the same wording? ( This is certify ....)

Reason why I am abit concerned is because the samples I read online has the correct wording with 'to'

I just checked mine which I got last year and it clearly says "This is to certify" which is followed by my name.  No 'to" missing on mine.

Did you apply yourself( be it in or out of thailand) or through an agent?

I am just worried as I did not apply in person and the agent says its the normal wording ???? no changes to be made

What is it ? is possible to use it, to make sure before came to Thailand we don't have any troubles or cases pending in Thailand before coming to Thailand ?
