You could verify this by moving the cursor on top of the link or button in email (DO NOT PRESS THE BUTTON OR LINK) and then right click on the button or if its a link you should see the corresponding web address. If it is not part of the Bangkok bank domain its most likely an attempt to either get your personal information or an atempt to inject/install malware in any device you might open that link.
