Late 90 day report

Featured Replies

Hi guys

Just noticed that I should have reported for my 90 day on the 15 th November

I live/report in Nakon Phanom, but am on holiday in Hua Hin till Thursday, then Bangkok, then Phuket till the 19th

What is the best way to sort this out ?

What sort of cost is involved

Go to immigration in Hua Hin ,? Bangkok ?

I'm on a retirement annual visa if this helps

Thanks for any advice

You’re post is a bit confusing.

If your report was due on 15th October (not November) and is overdue you’re going to be fined 2,000 baht. You can only report in person and at your local office. Just make the report late when you return.

If it’s not due until November 15th you could report at your local office on the 20th or 21st without penalty, OR online (maybe) once you’re in the report window, OR by post (if acceptable by your local office) by enclosing a return envelope to your home address.

Ahh
Thanks Elviajero
If it's only a 2000 fine when I get back then that's fine
Sorry about the confusion on dates
I should have report d 15th October, and will be 20th November when I get back
No problem with the fine, was worried about effecting my retirement visa
Thanks again, can relax now till I return
