TM 30 and 90-Day Reporting

Recommended Posts

I have been working and living in Chonburi and do my 90-day report at Sri Racha Immigration. I have never been asked by Immigration for a TM 30 form. Is this something I should be looking forward to? Is it a new policy? Many of my colleagues have never had to submit a TM 30. In fact, my first 90-day report, I submitted appropriate documents to establish residence but did not include a TM 30.

Not all immigration offices request a TM30 form.

Some only want one if you  change addresses. Others want a new one if you leave and re-enter the country.

Not sure exactly what Sriracha's policy is for wanting one. But if they have never asked for one I would not worry about it.
