Business bank account - sender information?

Hi 

My company uses Bangkok Bank as an business account. And we cannot see money sender's information so our employee has to call to bank to get the sender's information every week. (And wait for 1-5 hours). 

I've heard from other forum that Kasikorn, and some other banks provides sender's information right away online (like rest of world does...) so we called Kasikorn, and they said they don't. 

Also I use TMB as a personal account and it shows sender's information so I called TMB, and they said for business account they don't provide online services....  What the heck... 

If anyone uses magic bank that shows sender's information (such as name/ account number) online, could you please let me know? We will move our account to that asap.
