I can handle both applications within the same period. should I handle 90 day first as it only takes 2mins ?My worry is that will the info held in the computer and 1 yr application cannot be processed?

If you 90 day report was not due yet it would not prevent you from doing the extension.

If you were within the 15 days before or 7 days after your report date you could do both of them during the same visit to immigration.

You could do the 90 day report and then the extension application.
