Meredith to sell Fortune magazine to Thai businessman for $150 million

(Reuters) - U.S. media company Meredith Corp said on Friday it would sell Fortune magazine for $150 million in cash to Thai businessman Chatchaval Jiaravanon, the second time the influential business magazine has changed hands this year.

CP, BTS groups set to bid for airport link high-speed railway

Hospital under fire as injured woman dies

A BANGKOK hospital was accused of sending a 38-year-old woman, who had sustained injuries after her jealous husband splashed acid on her face at 5am on Friday, to another hospital for which she has subscribed to a universal healthcare scheme or “gold card” but the woman reportedly died in the taxi on the way in front of her 12-year-old daughter.

Teacher probed after Buri Ram boy allegedly beaten

Hmong men arrested for allegedly transporting 'yaba'

Nida poll shows 77 percent of people say they don’t understand electoral system
