twizzian
This Pervert doctor was also my wife’s pre and post natal surgeon, & I can tell you he was absurdly different to a normal visit to the quacks. I often asked my wife & questioned myself, is that normal for a Thai doctor to do these strange practices. He was recommended to us from others who vouched for his tidy surgical skills at the hospital, the only reason we chose him, yet his clinic was truly disgusting and still had all the dirty tide marks of the 2011 Nakhon Sawan flood. Wifey said it would be pointless for us to make a complaint, as a doctor he would have enough money to pay off all the right people and discretion in Thailand cannot be trusted. We do hope that he does go down for it though, “and has a taste of is own medicine up the backside!

"According to the complaint, the 29-year-old woman, who works at a local authority office, had been suffering from severe stomach pain when she sought treatment at the accused doctor’s clinic on September 5." During the “examination”, she says the doctor rubbed his genitals against hers and tried to kiss her on the mouth, and she had to push him away three times before he withdrew. On September 21, the victim again sought treatment at the clinic and underwent a further gynaecological check-up. So she went back for "seconds"?

He should go to court, proved guilty of malpractice, struck off the doctors register and jailed for sexual assault !!
welovesundaysatspace
The article says the doctor offered 50,000 THB to settle things. The Line Chat Screenshot, however, clearly shows a woman asking a doctor that she’s confused about what he was doing but that she would be willing to settle things for some money and asking whether the doctor would do that. 1

webfact
Fury builds in Nakhon Sawan as rape accusations mount against gynaecologist By The Nation Public Health Ministry permanent secretary Dr Sukhum Kanchanapimai affirmed on Friday that a doctor accused of raping a female patient at a state hospital in Nakhon Sawan would face disciplinary punishment if found guilty, noting it was a criminal offence. Sukhum said he had assigned an inspector-general who oversees Nakhon Sawan and the head of the provincial health office to follow up on the investigation. He said the officials would determine whether the accused doctor, who has not been publicly identified, did indeed work at the public hospital, and whether his gynaecology clinic met required standards. They will take interim measures as appropriate pending the results of a fact-finding probe. Sukhum urged women to feel secure about having gynaecological check-ups at public or private hospitals because they provide a high standard of service, including requiring a female nurse to be present during the procedure. Nakhon Sawan public health inspector Dr Boonchai Theerakan said the director of Sawan Pracharak Hospital had already summoned the accused doctor for an interview. Although the alleged rape took place at the doctor’s clinic, he must be investigated as a member of the civil service. Medical Council secretary-general Dr Itthaporn Kanachareon said on Thursday his agency was prepared to investigate if the accuser so requests or if the council at its next meeting in in two weeks decides on its own to do so. Actress-turned-activist Panadda Wongphudee, who reportedly brought the case to lawyer Saranya Wangsukcharoen, has meanwhile revealed that 10 more victims had since come to her with similar accusations and she could not see how the doctor could escape punishment. Panadda made the comment in a recent Facebook post in which she criticised a police officer and reporters for revealing the identity of the original accuser. She said the police officer in Muang Nakhon Sawan precinct, whom she did not name, showed the formal complaint sheet to reporters, who then published the alleged victim’s name. Panadda said the invasion of privacy dealt a further blow to the accused, who already faced a prolonged court battle and derision from unsympathetic men and women. She said her charity group would sue the policeman and the media outlets involved. Why go back? Multiple wais coming up. Can see the evidence wont stand up in court. Why is it a matter between the both of them? And not a police matter?
Jingjock
Look this story does not add up, 1st time sexual problems, 2nd time, should not have gone back to him, 3rd time 15 to 20 minutes, could have pushed him away, screamed etc etc. as she did with the kisses. Payment not big enough I would say 2
cyberfarang
During the “examination”, she says the doctor rubbed his genitals against hers and tried to kiss her on the mouth, and she had to push him away three times before he withdrew. WAIT JUST A MOMENT, after all that the woman still went back for a second time action replay? And it took up to 20 minutes of alleged being raped before realising she was being sexually molested. Was she under an anaesthetic at the time? My theory: The woman being a lawyer who knows or should know the law after the first incident says nothing and decides to build up a case against the doctor in which she can sue for compensation big time. So she goes back a second time, lets the perverted doctor try it on again, then got him, time to take this doctor for all he`s worth. Good luck to her and the doctor`s career is finished, which he deserves. Guy`s a mug.

Remember it is Asia where the doctor is respected and in high regard. It happens to everybody to re-evaluate a situation afterwards and see with a clearer eye what has really occurred. The culprit let go after a wait at police station or 500-1000Thb fine isn't interesting on the long run, The under the table settlements not public. Really, not much to update on, unless the said culprit is foreigner and thus either can't properly wai, or make settlement.
