Hi,

 

I would like to understand how changing jobs in thailand works, what visa termination means, and what a visa transfer means. There are so many jargons many people have used i am getting confused. I do not even understand when we have to serve the notice period if visa gets terminated. If any one could help, it would be nice.

 

I would also like to know the process that happens at a BOI office. What do they do? If the visa gets terminated do we get a stamp in the passport? What is visa expiration date? As i understand the period "can stay until" refers to the extension date, so what date is the visa date? How long does a visa transfer take place after visa termination?
