Applying for new extension

I’ve searched but could not find the time limits before and after your current extension expires that you may apply for a new extension. Just want to confirm as my expiration date is approaching. Thanks in advance.

You can apply up to 30 days (45 days in some offices) before your extension expires but must be before the actual expiry date.

You can apply up to 30 day early or 45 at some office.

There is no after your extension expires allowance. After that day you are on an overstay.
