Will be going to the Jomtien Office in a few days for my first 90-day check-in on a Retirement Visa.  
Do I need any information or paperwork other than my passport?  

 

You will need a completed T47 form for the first 90 day report and your passport. Nothing more should be needed.

Okay thanks, but if I report a different address on the TM47 than my original approval, would I also need to produce additional documentation?  Or is just filling out the form enough?

You will need to do a TM28 change of address form and/or a TM30 form.
