I hope they find more than 2. Edit: Mods, I won't be offended at all if you delete this post once someone fixes the typo. Regardless of where the typo comes from. Jimi007
Are they building a new sewage treatment plant for it too? ???? 1
Popular Post Psimbo
I'm sure they will be advertising a 'Private beach'. Laem Singh is going the same way. "Mandarin Oriental, Phuket will be located on one of the rare undeveloped beachfront sites still to be found on ‘Millionaire’s Mile’ on the west coast of Phuket island. It will occupy 9.5 hectares of land in the secluded and picturesque Laem Singh Bay.The site itself encloses a white sand beach with rocky outcrops, providing excellent access for snorkelling and swimming." Different rules about 'private beaches' when the big boys come to town.

Probably not, just cesspits that need to be pumped empty by the "Lavender wagons"!
Burma Bill
Interesting. This project certainly follows TAT's vision of Thailand becoming a destination for the "higher class" of tourist.
laocowboy2
Marriott are not 'building'. Marriott have signed a contract to manage a hotel being built by a Thai company. And by the time it is complete, Marriott may not even be the manager - things change. The Swisshotel on Wireless in BKK was originally a Hilton.
