Like most airports they have an app, so download it before you go, may come in handy. Free wifi all around the airport is ok.

 

KLIA is a nice enough airport but having had a few five hour transits there it gets boring fast. If you are allowed to leave the airport there is Mitsui Outlet Park, a free ten minute shuttle bus ride away. Information desk will direct you. You can store your luggage there and even check-in for some airlines. It will help kill an hour or two.
