Extension of stay requirements

I’m going tomorrow to do my annual extension of stay. Non immigrant o visa based on marriage.

 

Is there anything new I should be aware of when going? Any new documents that are required?

 

i have: 

 

Passport photo

application

wifes id card

marriage certificate

sons birth certificate 

tabien baan copy

map of house

pictures of us in the house/outside

bank statements of 400k

Lease contract of our house

 

am I missing anything?

You don't need a wife with you?   Or the KR2 (text of marriage status)?  Best you advise where,

A sidequestion: i get a disabled retirement pension but im not 50 years old. Is it possible to get a extension of stay? ( I have more than 800.000 in my bank account)

The minimum age for an extension of stay based upon retirement is 50 and there is no exceptions to that requirement.
