Just wanted to know from you all, if I can get a non-immigrant 'B' visa from Laos (vientiene).

I donot want to go back to my home country to get the 'B'Visa.

I am presently on Tourist Visa.

The company is saying that they will provide all the paperwork...

For just the non-immigrant visa do I need some number from Ministry of Labor?? or i need that for the work permit??

my problem is that my tourist visa is expiring on 28th feb and i can have no more extension (3 months already).

So can my company give me all the docs for me to get the non-immigrant 'b' visa from Laos in a few days. I want to know an second opinion outside of my company.

I can get non-immigrant 'b' visa without a work permit right? and get the work-permit once I am back in Thailand with the 'b' visa!!

If the company knows what it is doing the visa will not be too hard to come by. You can apply for the work permit once you have the Non-Imm B visa.
