Visa exempt extension

Featured Replies

Hi guys. I need to extend my 30 day visa exempt entry.

I have a couple of questions.

How early can I extend the 30 days? It is due to expire on the 11th.

What documents to I need to take with me. Is a proof or address or rental contract required.

Many thanks

Most offices will accept applications within the last couple of weeks so you're probably ok to apply now.

What you need depends on where you apply. The owner, house-master, or possessor, or hotel/guesthouse manager of that property should have reported your stay (form TM.30), and if they haven't some offices may insist it's done before you can extend your stay.

Thank you. I am renting a condo in Pattaya and will apply in Jomtien. I will check with the Condo agent that they have registered me with immigration. Thanks for your help
