Extension of spousal Visa

Featured Replies

I've almost done 120 days on my 1 year m entry spousal Visa I did I fly out fly back in 11 October. I have 2 kids one 15 one 17 and my wife obvious. How long can I extend for ?I read I can extend but just checking I will doing it in Ayutthaya Immigration office

Thanks in Advance

As you seem to be asking about visa requirements for Thailand, you're not very clear, I'll move your question to the appropriate forum.

You have to leave and re-enter the country every 90 days to get a new 90 day entry. You could apply for a 60 day extension of your current entry to visit at your wife at your local immigration office.

The 90 day check in you mentioned is only a report of staying  longer than 90 consecutive days in the country for those on long term extension of stay.

Thanks I did the final exit and entry on 11/10/18 so I am nearly at 90 days over the expiry date on my spousal Visa so 60 day extension would on family grounds would be ok ?
