Can anyone confirm what the 3 months is to have the 800k Baht seasoned in a Thai Bank Account, from what I can see it says 3 months so should you have the money in the 1st of the month or can it be 90 Days over 4 months ?

It has to be in the bank for 3 months on the date you apply.

For example if you put it in the bank today the 3rd January you could apply for the extension on the 3rd of April.
