I've recently learned the existence of PCT's. A person using it recommened it as an inexpensive way to stay connected while in BKK. Apparently its only good for BKK but still its cheap. Anyone actually know the rates for making calls to cell fones and land lines within BKK? Who runs it? I'm thinking of getting one to be used as a company fone to be used in BKK only
