HKTMAN
Hello, Can anyone advise me of below situation. I was granted PR in Thailand a few years ago based on marriage and supporting Thai child. Previously working in Thailand for over 10 years. Now need to go back to look after some family business in my home country. Is it possible to keep my Thai PR without working anymore in Thailand? I wanted to keep holding my Thai PR because I wanted to come to see my Thai family back and forth and also come back to live in Thailand again in near future. A waiting your advises. Sorry, for i was not very good in English typing. Thank you
ubonjoe
You do not have to be working to keep your permanent resident status. The only thing you have to is be sure you get a re-entry permit to keep it valid if you are leaving the country.
