Living in other countries, travel, while on a one year multiple entry visa

if one resides in other countries and becomes less than a full time thailand person are they still expected to deposit the 65000 baht each and every month into a thai bank?  Also owning a condo in Thailand means no rent to pay.

If you want the extension based on retirement, yes.

Or 800k seasoned or an Embassy letter.

Yes they do want to see the transfer the equivalent of 65k into a Thai bank unless you are from a country whose embassy still issue income letters,
