Carmaker Rolls-Royce urges UK's May to avoid a hard Brexit

The EU is distrusted in the U.K. Largely due to disinformation from MSM.

Get serious.

The influential bits of the UK media, cheer-led by the revolting BBC, has been pushing an anti-Brexit line as hard as it can. The BBC's talk shows are packed with Remainers, with token Leavers only included to be laughed at and disparaged.

If the EU is distrusted in the UK, it is partly due to the transparent efforts of MSM outlets such as the BBC to push their condescending latte-sipping globalist worldview to ordinary people who are fed up with being patronised.

Brexit wasn't won or lost on a careful consideration of the economic issues; it was a public middle finger shoved up at self-styled elites who feel they have the right to dictate to, and ignore, the people.

The BBC pushed hard for a No vote in the first place and got their pants publicly yanked down, so they'll stop at nothing to sneer and agitate against a successful Brexit.

Quite reasonable distrust of the leftist BBC and its pro-EU line, fosters extra distrust of the EU.

Davis made that very point when he observed that his was the sole Brexit voice during Dimblebys final QT....& did you see Gary Lineker receive his come-uppance from the NHS last week when he (Mr BBC Sport) weighed in & subsequently proved a complete pillock & wrong?

Feeling better now? Deep breath....

You see I feel the BBC gives far to much air time to nutters just so that exhibits balance as required in its charter. Why ask that pub chain owner on question time? Why even interview Dyson? It's a similar situation with climate change.

It must be tough for the BBC and I think they try hard. It is a shame that many Brexit pundits come across as bonkers I know...

Well said, and you can add SKY and ITV in there. Having said that, being made to pay a TV tax for that <deleted> is the cherry on top.

It's odd, isn't it?

A state broadcaster, taxpayer funded, which relentlessly demeans and denigrates the bulk of the people who are forced to pay for it to exist.

Not a good state of affairs.

Wasn't it Jeremy Clarkson who said the BBC is only there for seven people in Islington.
