Kbank cyber banking

I opened a Kbank cyber banking. I can log in but the only access is my account balance. Below it were all the transaction history is blank.  I believe it says something like there is no history. 

The bank account is 7 years old but the cyber banking I opened 10 days ago

I would guess, that the history only shows the history since you opened the Cyber banking.

Try to change the date for the history (if possible)

Most likely user error. Play around with it selecting different dates or previous 6 months see what it produces. My access shows 6 months history
